Since the establishment of (ARCON) Arnaout Company, the Estimation Department has played an essential role in sustaining substantial growth, return on investment and profitability. Commissioned to conduct technical study of projects up for bid and turn them into contracts, the department boasts of its extensive experience in this field, from technical review to pricing projects of complex sizes.

The team, headed by a well-versed manager, has engineers in various disciplines who will study the project drawings and specifications provided during the tender stage, making sure every aspect of the project is clearly identified and considered for accurate pricing. These engineers are supported by Quantity Surveyors who will prepare the required estimates for manpower and equipment and a secretarial pool who will assist in ascertaining prices from local and international suppliers.

On-Field services are invariably done in house where required. Our Architects, Structural Engineers and Electro-Mechanical Engineers provide total solutions for the Client in such situations. Value Engineering is a standard practice undertaken by ARCON to provide innovative practices for any project which result in substantial time and cost savings. Our Engineers and Architects are fully conversant with North American Codes and can work seamlessly with Clients from any part of the world.

Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings are done all the time. Design revisions for current contracts are continuously being done by an office based group of professionals. Projects that involve major design work (for EPC Contracts) are mostly subcontracted to one of the leading Architectural Firms in the Kingdom or Worldwide.

Sophisticated Surveying and Computerized Topography are done by our Sister Company, the Saudi Comet Co. Ltd. based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

As part of its commitment to provide total services to its valued clients, ARCON has created an independent department to provide post construction maintenance and preventive maintenance services for the projects it has constructed. With the creation of this department skilled craftsmen of all trades are ready to mobilize promptly to perform any maintenance services that may be required. The services provided can be tailored to suit individual needs.
