Project Facility to provide permanent quality office facility and adequate work environment for the administration personnel of Juaymah NGL fractionation (JNGLF) plant in the Juaymah area. This budget item provides the construction of a 3,077 square meter office building outside JNGF Plants restricted process area to accommodate 156 management, operations, engineering, maintenance, and planning office-personnel. The proposed building will replace a total of three existing facilities, the administration building, the inspection unit building, and the offices in the maintenance shop building. The proposed building will also include a replacement for the existing emergency control center (ECC).
