The Project aims to provide a world-class Facility in manufacturing oil drilling Land Rigs and its components to secure the Companies drilling operations in Middle-East and Northern Africa (MENA) region at a competitive cost. The facility will deliver onshore rigs with vertical integration to Casting, Forging, and Precision Machineries as needed. The Facility shall be undertaken by a joint venture of Saudi Aramco and National Oilwell Varco (NOV). Its rough area is 51,250 m 2 and the target construction period is 13 months.
